Diesel Engine Crane Safety Operation Rules

1. The number of broken wires, corrosion wear and deformation of the diesel engine crane wire rope shall comply with the national standard.

2. The diesel engine crane hook should have no cracks, no obvious deformation, no excessive wear, and reliable fastening.

3. Each stroke limit switch and interlock protection device of diesel engine crane are intact and reliable, and the emergency stop switch buffer and terminal stopper protection device are effective.

4. All indicators of diesel engine crane should be in good condition. It is forbidden to start the machine when sick, to lift flammable and explosive materials, and to collide.

5. The diesel engine crane implements the principle of "ten not hanging". The operation should be slow, and the buttons should not be operated forward and reverse frequently, and the power should be turned off when leaving the machine.
