Operation Process Of Rubber Paver Machine（Part 1）

1. All safety protection facilities on the rubber paver machine must be fully equipped. After the screed is lengthened, there should be corresponding safety protection measures. The width of the pedals should be equal to the width of the paving;

2. The driving platform of the rubber paver machine and the pedals of the screed should be kept clean, free of oil stains and mixing materials, and no sundries and tools should be stacked;

3. The driving platform of the rubber paver machine and the work site should have a wide field of vision, and remove all obstacles that hinder the work. Unrelated personnel shall not stay on the bridge during operation. The driver shall not leave the post without authorization;

4. Check the operating system, electrical system and transmission system of the rubber paver machine to ensure normal, safe and reliable operation;

5. When the material transporter unloads to the rubber paver machine, it should coordinate its actions and carry out synchronously to prevent mutual collision;

6. Shifting must be carried out after the paver has completely stopped. It is strictly forbidden to forcibly shift gears and to shift gears or slide in neutral on ramps;

7. When the screed is preheating, the heat should be controlled to prevent deformation due to local overheating. During the heating process of the rubber paver machine, a special person must be set up to take care of it;

8. When preheating, it is necessary to strengthen the observation of the combustion situation. If the flame is extinguished, the gas switch should be turned off immediately to find out the cause and eliminate the fault. After the gas is exhausted, it can be re-ignited;

9. Driving should be stable and not turn sharply. When working on a curved road, the distance between the end of the ironing device and the curb shall not be less than 10cm to avoid collision;

10. It is strictly forbidden for the staff to leave the driving platform in the working state of the rubber paver machine, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to get on and off the paver or stay on the driving platform during the operation.
