How Does Cement Mixer Work(Part 2)

Time:2022-09-12

1. After the concrete cement mixer has finished discharging, immediately use the hose on the vehicle to drain the water to clean the feed inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute, and remove the dirt and residual concrete stuck to the body. Fill the mixing drum with 150-200L of clean water, and turn the mixing drum at a slow speed on the way back to clean the inner wall to prevent the residual material from adhering to the drum wall and mixing blades, and put the water before charging again.

2. When the concrete cement mixer transports concrete, the engine speed should work within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have the maximum torque. During the process of transporting concrete, the vehicle speed should not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving safety.

3. After the cement mixer is finished, the inside of the mixing drum and the body should be cleaned, and the remaining coagulator should not be left in the drum.

4. When the water pump is working, the cement mixer is prohibited from idling, and the continuous use should not exceed 15 minutes.

5. The water volume of the concrete cement mixer water tank should always be kept full for emergency use. After the shutdown in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump water pipe and mixing drum should be drained and parked in a sunny place without water accumulation to avoid freezing. Bad machinery.

6. In winter, the cement mixer should install the insulation cover in time, and use antifreeze to protect the mixer. Change the fuel label according to the weather changes to ensure the normal use of the machine.

7. When checking and repairing the hydraulic transmission part of the cement mixer, the engine and hydraulic pump should be carried out without pressure.

8. When adjusting the gap, stroke, and pressure excitation of each part of the concrete cement mixer, it should be checked and approved by a full-time safety officer; when replacing the parts, it must be signed by the minister or the manager in charge, otherwise the relevant personnel will be held accountable if there is a problem.
