Operating Procedures For The Transfer And Transportation Phase Of Rubber Paver Machine

Time:2020-09-22

1. Rubber paver machine must not be driven for long distances, and its driving distance is generally not more than 1 km, otherwise it will damage the walking reducer. Transport by pallet truck for distances over 1 km. When driving for long distances with special needs, check the lubricating oil quantity of the travel reducer must meet the requirements. A counterweight should be added in the silo to make the front and rear rollers evenly stressed to reduce the load on the rear rollers and slow their wear and damage speed. Check at any time whether the walking deceleration is overheated, and if necessary, stop and cool to normal operating temperature. To

2. When driving, the ironing device should return to its basic width and be lifted up and hung with a hook.

3. Under normal circumstances, it is prohibited to tow the paver. Under special circumstances, when the paver must be towed, the brake must be released, a rigid tow bar must be used, and no wire rope must be used.

4. It is prohibited to use the paver to tow other machinery.

5. When transporting the paver with a pallet truck, the requirements:

(1) Check whether the climbing ladder on the vehicle meets the requirements. When the paver climbs the ladder, the rear ironing device and auger blade should not be scraped or scraped to the climbing ladder to prevent the rear ironing device, lifting cylinder piston and boom from being deformed.

(2) When hoisting the paver with a hoisting crane, choose a crane with sufficient lifting tonnage, use a wire rope with sufficient strength and no damage, and choose a hoisting point specified by the design of the paver, crane and pallet truck Work closely to hoist the paver onto the truck safely. To

(3) The ironing device of the paver is placed in the middle of the carriage of the transport vehicle and is padded with wooden boards to prevent slippage between the steel parts. The pallets are positioned around the pallet with iron piles, and tied up with a wire rope tensioner to prevent the paver from moving left and right during transportation. To

(4) After the paver is installed on the pallet truck, wrap the electric control console with a rainproof cloth (or plastic cloth) and fasten it. Put down the cab and fasten it. Measure the total height of the loaded truck and notify the driver of the pallet truck in writing to safely pass bridges and culverts of corresponding height. To

(5) Keep the special application boxes such as longitudinal slope meter, cross slope meter, material level meter, hand controller, total electric control box and spiral wire, etc., and place them in the driver's building of a trailer or professional transportation with handover procedures. Other special parts of the paver after disintegration should be registered in a book, installed in a location that is not easy to lose or transported by a special vehicle. After arriving at the destination, count and go through the handover procedures. To

(6) Fix the position of the paver on the pallet truck, pull out the start key, and turn off the main power switch; if there is no electric switch, the main line of the battery should be disconnected to prevent leakage of electricity and fire during transportation and cause a fire.
