1. The mortar transport distance is too long, the resistance increases, and the load increases. You should shoten the mortar transport distance.
2. Bushing silicone sealing ring heat expansion, increase blocking distance. You should loosen the set screws or replace the seal ring.
3. If the hopper contains too much material, it should be reduced (it is better to dress seven).
4. The stator heats up and the hoop adjustment is too tight and needs to be re-adjusted.
5. The quality of the mortar the workability is poor.
6. The external cable should not be too long, and it should not be wound (wound), otherwise it will cause abnormal voltage and current.
7. Adjust the thermal relay if necessary.
8. External wire diameter is too thin. For specific selection, please refer to the following simple calculation cable selection criteria.
(1) Three-phase motor current = motor power × 2
(2) The general copper wire calculation refers to the following standards: 2.5mm2/28A 4mm2/35A 6mm2/48A 10mm2/65A 16mm2/91A 25mm2/120A
(3) In principle, copper wire: 5~8A/mm2
