China Coal Group Conducted a Pre-job Training for Ordered Class in Shandong Polytechnic College

In order to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises and enhance the practical operation ability of ordered trainees, and adapt to the e-commerce enterprise environment and corporate culture early, May 21st noon, Shandong Polytechnic College invited Shandong Coal Group Deputy General Manager, E-Commerce Company General Manager Li Zhenbo,E-commerce Company Deputy General Manager Yan Ting to conduct pre-job training for the ordered trainees.
Before the training,the ordered trainees firstly watched China Coal Business Special Subject Slice,and had a further understanding of the development history and long term planning of China Coal. Subsequently, President Lee gave a brief introduction to the trainees about China Coal e-commerce development, international trade development situation, China''s e-commerce training base and other specific conditions, and guide the order trainees on training interaction. Lee said, China Coal will actively provide more employment opportunities for the students, and welcome the aspiring youth join us in the future and we will provide the most broad development space for each employee!
President Yan detailedly introduced a number of basic work skills for the trainees, like how to adapt to the team work quickly, how to quickly master the product , how to quickly master the skills to make an order, and how to arrange the working hours. President Yan encouraged trainees to combine the professional knowledge with practical operation, seize every training opportunity, to quickly adapt to the transformation of social roles, and become a good workplace elite.
In recent years, Shandong China Coal attaches great importance to cultivate high-end talents, and has reached school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Shandong Polytechnic College, Yantai Nanshan University, Jining University, Jining Polytechnic College and other colleges and universities, and set up China Coal E-commerce Order Classes in major colleges and universities to train needed e-commerce talents for China Coal.
