Compared with the manual chain hoist (except the motor), the main difference in the function of the electric chain hoist is that the motor works together with the brake to ensure that the load is firmly fixed when lifting.
When chain hoist is running, all power is used to drive the motor. However, when the motor stops, the power will be automatically redirected to the brake. This eliminates the risk of human error and ensures the safe operation of the crane.
Manual chain hoists are usually used in working areas where large loads are not often lifted. Although these cranes are very effective, the process is very slow, so they are not suitable for frequent use.
