(1) The rubber paver machine is installed on the crawler chassis, the walking device moves outside the formwork, and the formwork supporting the side is installed along the length of the machine. The direction of the machine and the level of the road surface are controlled by the datum lines fixed on the piles on both sides of the road surface. When working, the pavement materials can be extruded as required without adding tracks and templates.
(2) The rubber paver machine is flexible and has a small working radius. The crawler traveling mechanism adopts hydraulic stepless speed change, and the running speed is stable.
(3) The rubber paver machine has four automatic leveling sensors and four steering sensors, forming a complete control system. The steering arm is installed on two pairs of track walking mechanisms in front of the machine. When the machine is working on the curve, it is controlled by the steering arm, and the steering cylinder telescopes to drive the walking mechanism to deflect to ensure the synchronization of left and right steering.
(4) The hydraulic vibrator of the rubber paver machine vibrator system is variable frequency, independent control and adjustable depth and position.
(5) All electrical and electro-hydraulic operation and control systems of the rubber paver machine are centrally monitored by the console.
