Maintenance Of Cement Mixer

1. Maintain the cleanness of the cement mixer body, and remove dirt and obstacles on the body.

2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubrication position of the cement mixer, and add lubricating oil as required.

3. Before each shift, add water into the cement mixer mixing drum and idle for 1 to 2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.

4. During the operation of the cement mixer, check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal, and whether the temperature rise is too high,

5. After each shift, the cement mixer shall be carefully cleaned.

6. In order to ensure its technical performance, we must pay attention not to replace defective bearings with good ones during maintenance and transformation, and we must select high-quality bearings.
