Shandong China Coal Group Held

To celebrate International Women''s Day, and better care on our women employees,March 8th, 2016, Shandong China Coal Industrial&Mining Supplies Group held a celebration forum for International Women''s Day. Goup related leaders, like, Fan Peigong, Group vice-president, Guan Chenghui, office director, Yan Ting, vice president of e-commerce company, Wei Ran, information company general manager and more than 20 female delegate and representatives from different positions of each Group''s branch company gathered together to celebrate the International Women''s Day!
Chaired by Group Vice President Fan Peigong, President Fan, at the beginning of the forum, extended festive greetings to the total of all female workers on behalf of the group leaders and expressed heartfelt thanks for the positive contribution the female workers made to the Group development and growth. At the meeting, the leaders summed up the achievements the women workers made in 2015, and admitted that the women workers played a pivotal role in the Group''s innovation and development process. Meanwhile, in order to better safeguard the rights and interests of women workers, the Group announced the establishment of the China Coal Women''s Federation Committee and named Zhu Yanyan, the top sales of E-commerence Department as the head of the Committee and nominated deputy director and members of the list.
Zhu Yanyan said that, soft shoulders are also worthy of the task, and females are as excellent as their male colleagues. The Group provides a broad stage for the female workers to display their talent, so we females must cherish the opportunity to work, be self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, based on the position to show women''s new style, and make new achievements and contribution for the future innovation and rapid development of the Group! Then, all the participants spoke freely and talked about their own feelings and experiences from all aspects of family and work. Through conversation, the women employees get relexed in the tight working time, deepened the feelings and improved work motivation.
After the forum, the Group also prepared a beautiful welfare for the women workers, the whole company is filled in a festive atmosphere. Feeling the warmth of the group, the female employees expressed that they will work with more enthusiasm, transform the leaders'' caring into motivation, and make more contribution to the development of group with the practical action!
