Due to the high temperature, if the tire quality is not good enough or the tire pressure is too high, the gas in the tire will expand and cause a tire blowout. Therefore, it is recommended that you reduce the tire pressure by 10% to 2.2 kPa. In this season, more attention should be paid to the maintenance of tires. If damage is found, it should be repaired or replaced in time. If there is a patched tire, it is best to put it on the rear wheel or as a spare tire. In addition, in summer, be especially careful not to let the cement mixer tires collide with obstacles, because it is easy to damage the sidewall of the tires and cause hidden dangers.
If a tire blowout occurs during driving, the driver should control the steering wheel tightly with his hands and step on the brake slowly to make the cement mixer smoothly decelerate and stop. Do not brake suddenly, as this can easily lead to a tail-flick or even a rollover.
To prevent the cement mixer from spontaneous combustion, the basic method is to regularly maintain the cement mixer, check the engine, circuit and oil circuit to see if there is any aging and oil leakage. Do not repair or modify vehicles in non-standard shops, because some wrong operations such as pulling wires randomly, not effectively fixing friction-prone places, etc., will cause danger.
