Briefly Describe The Safe Operation Of The Shotcrete Machine

Time:2020-11-26

Nowadays, the society has to admit that the benefits of shotcrete machines to people, the emergence of shotcrete machines has made great contributions to the engineering and construction industry, because the shotcrete machines always bring us surprises, so they are also the object of attention today. Shotcrete machines are very convenient to operate and easy to carry. Unlike traditional sprayers, which are tiring and waste a lot of manpower and material resources, today's shotcrete machines make up for this. If you ca n’t pay attention when operating the spray gun, personal safety will also occur. Therefore, for our own safety issues, we summarize the operating matters:

Before spraying the shotcrete machine, the lime slurry should be filtered twice with a 60-mesh sieve. The nozzle hole diameter should be 2.0 ~ 2.8mm; when the hole diameter is larger than 2.8mm, it should be replaced in time. When the motor rotates in the direction, it should be said to open the bucket switch to allow the lime slurry to flow into the pump body, and then start the motor with the pump to rotate. After the work is completed, water should be poured into the hopper, and the pump should be cleaned until the water is clear. Then pour out the water in the pump, clean and dredge the nozzle holder and filter, and wipe the spray gun clean. Before long-term storage, the front and rear bearing seats should be removed. The lime slurry accumulates inside, plugs the slurry inlet, injects about 50mL of engine oil from the slurry outlet, and then plugs the slurry outlet, and starts and runs for about 30s. The pump body is lubricated and rust-proof. The exposed transmission part of the shotcrete machine should have a protective cover. It must not be dismantled randomly during operation. The shotcrete machine should be installed in a rainproof and sandproof shed, and the shotcrete machine will be reused for a long time. Before use, remove the necessary machinery. Except for some maintenance, the insulation resistance of the motor must be measured, and it can be used only after it is qualified.
