After the water pump is finished, stop the positive pump, and immediately pour the thicker mortar, and wait until it is evenly mixed. Then, press the positive pump start button, pump 2-3 buckets of mortar, and then put in suitable concrete to start pumping (it is required to ensure that the slump of the concrete is between 14-20 cm). Note that when pumping concrete, the concrete in the hopper should not be lower than the mixing shaft to prevent the concrete from splashing from the hopper and hurting people.
3.During the pumping process of the shotcrete locomotive, always check the cooling water source and the oil level of the oil temperature gauge should not be higher than 50℃. The pressure gauges and voltage and current meters should work normally. If the oil temperature is too high, the flow rate of the cooling water should be accelerated. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches the red area, it should be removed and cleaned with gasoline. When the oil return filter element pressure gauge reaches the red area, the filter element should be replaced.
4. During the operation of the mortar spraying machine, if there is an emergency (such as abnormal motor sound, oil pipe burst, etc.), you should not hesitate to turn off the emergency stop button, and restart it after troubleshooting. Restart should ensure that the switches are in the open position . If it is judged that the fault cannot be solved within 1 hour, the concrete in the hopper, delivery cylinder, S pipe and pump pipe must be cleaned. To
5. In case of pipe blockage during work, reverse the pump for 1-2 times, and then turn on the positive pump. Repeat this twice. Generally, the pipe blockage can be eliminated. If it still cannot be eliminated, stop the positive pump and remove the blocked pump. After the pipes are cleaned, the concrete can be pumped.
