Motor Torque Reduction Problem Of Mortar Spraying Machine

Time:2020-08-19
If the mortar spraying machine has difficulty in running during use, the current, voltage and speed do not change, indicating that there are other external factors blocking or consuming the output power of the motor. In the case of constant current, voltage, and rotational speed, it is indicated that there are other external factors that block or consume the output power of the motor, resulting in a reduction in motor torque.

In this case, we can start by looking for the following reasons:

1. Check the gap between the upper and lower sides, the left and right radial and the axial direction at the joints at both ends of the stirring shaft to maintain a slight turbulence.

2. You need to add enough lubricating oil mixed with butter to the sealed chamber. It is recommended to use oil for 48h every time to ensure normal operation.

3. Loosen the sealing cavity outer compression bolts to the proper position.

4. Stator pressure regulator radial compression bolts are loosened or tightened moderately.

5. Due to the long-term deposition of mortar in the sealed oil chamber, the mortar solidifies and the variable speed motor is overloaded. In this case, the machine should be maintained in a timely manner, and the user must be reminded that the machine must be regularly maintained to prevent the mortar from penetrating and causing the pressure to cancel and slow the wear of the coupling sleeve.
