Diesel engine crane structure is usually composed of three parts: one is the frame; the second is the mechanism (including the lifting mechanism, running mechanism, rotating mechanism, luffing mechanism, etc.); the third is the control system.
1. frameThe frame is mainly composed of bridges, trolley frames, control rooms, escalators and other components, which constitute the main body of the diesel engine crane.
2. mechanismFor bridge cranes, there are only two mechanisms, one is the lifting mechanism, and the other is the operating mechanism. No rotating mechanism and luffing mechanism. Truck cranes have the four mechanisms described above.
The trolley of the bridge diesel engine crane has two mechanisms of lifting and running. The cart is equipped with one large and one small hoist for lifting heavy objects. The large hoist, also known as the big hook, is installed in the middle of the trolley. The maximum lifting weight is 8t, 10t, 15t, 20t, 25t, 30t, 40t, 50t, 60t and other specifications for selection. The small winch, also known as the small hook, is installed on the right side of the trolley, and the lifting weights are also 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 2.5t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 8t, 10t, 15t and other specifications. On the left side of the large hoist, a small running mechanism is provided to provide power for the trolley to move left and right on the bridge track.
