How to maintain small concrete mixer

In order to ensure the mixing quality of concrete, it is required that the concrete mixture should be mixed evenly, with short mixing time, fast unloading, less residual, less energy consumption and less pollution. The main factors that affect the mixing quality of small concrete mixers are: the structure of the mixers, the ratio of the filling capacity of the mixers to the geometric volume of the mixers, the filling process and the filling position of the mixers, the configuration and arrangement of the mixing blades, the mixing speed and the wear of the lining plates of the blades, etc.

Maintenance of small concrete mixer:

1. Maintain the cleanliness of the body and remove dirt and obstacles on the body.

2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubrication point, and fill the lubricating oil as required.

3. Before each shift, add water to the stirring cylinder and run for 1-- 2min, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.

4. During the operation of the concrete mixer, it is necessary to check whether the noise of the motor, reducer and transmission gear is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.

5. After each shift, the concrete mixer should be cleaned carefully.
