Classification and characteristics
Asphalt pavers classified according to paving width can be divided into four types: small, medium, large and super large.
The maximum paving width of the minicomputer is generally less than 3600mm, which is used for pavement maintenance and urban road construction.
The paving width of the medium-sized machine is 4000~6000mm, which is used for the construction and maintenance of general road pavement.
The paving width of the mainframe is 7000~9000mm, which is mainly used for pavement construction of high-grade highways.
Super large machine paving width is greater than 12000mm, mainly used for highway, airport, dock, square and other large-scale asphalt pavement construction.
Asphalt paver construction
Asphalt paver is mainly composed of power unit, transmission system, walking device, feeding device and operating mechanism.
The diesel engine is mostly used in the power plant, and each device and instrument are installed on a special special frame.
The structure of the crawler belt type and the tire type paver is basically similar except for the walking device and the corresponding control system.
